To work for A Rated Homecare it is essential that you have:

Training
Experience is always useful but it is not essential as we offer full training.
Directly employed
We employ all of our carers directly — you would be staff, not on an agency book.
To confirm Pay rate, mileage, contracted hours and shift patterns. These are the first things a carer looks for, and publishing them usually lifts application numbers noticeably.
