Home visits
Home visits offer the support you want, when you need it most. You choose the days and the amount of visits, and the package is built around the routine you already have rather than around a rota that suits us.
During a visit, our carers can assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation and light cleaning duties, along with anything else needed to make sure your daily needs are met. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will create a care package tailored to meet your every need.

Service 2 of 4
Companionship
From days out of your choice to shopping and leisure calls, we cover it all — including a sit-in service, where a member of our team will stay with you or your loved one for the total amount of time requested.
We can also escort you to events or appointments. If the company matters more than the task, this is the service to ask about.

Service 3 of 4
Check calls
We recognise that not everyone requires full time care. Sometimes it simply gives peace of mind to know that someone will be visiting during the day — a short call to check all is well, that medication has been taken and that nothing needs picking up.
Check calls often sit alongside family support rather than replacing it, and they are frequently the first thing families arrange. Contact us to find out more about our check-in service.

Service 4 of 4
Domestic
During care visits our team will always make sure the home is clean and tidy, and if there is time they will ask whether there are any light duties to be done. But their main focus and priority is always the individual they are there to support.
With that in mind, we provide a separate domestic service for all your extra home requirements — so the housework gets proper time of its own, and care visits stay about care.
