Our story
A Rated Homecare is a family run, independent home care and support service for people wishing to remain independent and live in their own home. We have four key principles: Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Dignity. A Rated Homecare upholds these principles throughout its day to day practices. This is shown by the compassion in delivering excellent standards of care.
Our team have all worked in the healthcare sector for several years. With the knowledge and expertise we have gained along the way, we really feel that we can make a difference to individuals lives and ensure that we exceed all expectations of homecare. We have an extremely person centred approach to delivering care, we will promote trust, transparency, quality and support to all those that we care for.
We are all passionate about care, and we intend to make a positive difference to each individual that we support.

We employ all of our carers directly, so you can be assured and have peace of mind that you or your loved one will be receiving support from someone who has passed all our training and selection process.
